Our ratio of 1 staff to 4 students allows for an appropriate level of support and coaching for our students! Our Fentress group home is located in the Rutland, MA and provodes students an opportunity to further develop and practice thier social, coping, relapse prevention and independent living skills with support, supervision and coaching from experienced staff.

 

**Pay range between $16.00/hr and $18.74/hr depending on experience and education. $2,000 Sign-On Bonus!!**

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health - Massachusetts and Rhode Island provides programs and services for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Located in Rutland, MA, this position is responsible for the safety and security of all youth as assigned and provides and ensures therapeutic interventions in a compassionate and safe environment.
