As the Barista Lead, you'll be the go to person during the shift - the first in line to resolve issues and quick to lend a helping hand where needed. When the manager is not present, you'll be responsible for overseeing team members and ensuring customer satisfaction. You must have 2-3 year's barista experience at a craft coffee shop with knowledge of how to steam milk for latte art in addition to knowledge of how to manually pull espresso shots.
