Bel-Air Manor is a 71-bed, family-owned skilled nursing facility in Newington, Connecticut specializing in short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. We are currently seeking one full time RN Charge Nurse to join our 11:00pm - 7:00am Nursing team!  We are also seeking per diem RN Charge Nurses as well as RN Supervisors.

Registered Nurse (RN)

• Chart nurses’s notes in an informative and descriptive manner that reflects the care provided to the resident, as well as the resident’s response to the care.
• Complete and file required recordkeeping forms/charts upon the resident’s admission, transfer, and/or discharge.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician

Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements

• Must have a valid CT RN License
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
• CPR, ACLS or BLS Certification

Job Summary

The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors.

As a Registered Nurse you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties.
