CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - Full-time / Part-time

$11 - $12 an hour, offering benefits to full time employees!

Objective: As an industry leader our objective is to serve our guests of Cstore by ringing up sales, greeting customers, showing professionalism, and fulfilling the mission of Holt Cstore.

Responsibilities:

• To maintain the operations of the store including:
• Sales transactions (lottery, gasoline and food)
• Following the schedule
• Checking in vendors
• Making coffee and maintaining coffee bar
• Following opening and closing procedure checklist
• Any other responsibility designated by the manager
• Using the communication log
• Greeting customers and thanking them after the transaction is completed
• Maintaining a clean and well stocked store
• Adhering to company, alcohol, tobacco, and lottery polices
• Reconciling the cash drawer (lottery and safe) after the shift is complete and notifying store manager of any cash shortage greater than $5
• Adhere to the uniform policy

Highlights of Roles/Responsibilities:

• Always be in full Uniform, (including name tag) neat, clean and prepared for work
• DO NOT eat or talk on the phone while waiting on a customer
• PAY for everything before consumption
• Keep a healthy and POSITIVE ATTITUDE about the customers , company, manager, and coworkers

Requirements:

• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
• Must have a working cell phone with texting ability
• Must be able to push and pull in order to sweep and mop
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs with ease
• Must be able to stand on your feet for 8 hours
• Must be able to reach over your head with ease
• Must be able to work flexible hours to include days, nights, and weekends

Required qualifications:

• 18 years or older
