PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer property questions and provide accurate information regarding rooms, restaurants, M life, casino events, promotions, and directions
  • Resolve guest complaints within the scope of authority, and notify the supervisor of all unusual events, missing items, or alleged theft
  • Open doors for guests entering and exiting the property
  • Load and unload baggage from guests' vehicles
  • Transport luggage and escort guests to and from their assigned rooms and other areas of the property
  • Provide assistance, offer room orientation, etc.
  • Process tickets for guest items and/or assists with luggage
  • Process group baggage for arrivals and departures
  • Maintain control of and responsibility for the security of the luggage area/room
  • Perform other job-related duties as requested
