Responsibilities

Classification: Exempt/Non-Bargaining
Position may be located in any CCI location.

Ownership of elements of Consolidated Communications(CCI) voice products

Champion product development initiatives relating to all aspects of Consumer and Small Business voice products, including both traditional POTS and VoIP technologies; act as liaison to other Product Managers and interface with all operational teams.

Develop, track and manage strategic voice initiatives; align with Regulatory, Engineering and Operations teams to drive product/process changes related to the new strategic direction.

Drive cross functional planning efforts in relation to product strategic planning; gather market intelligence in conjunction with Engineering, field resources and governmental relations teams to understand specific areas of need, develop action plans and budgets to develop a multi-year planning strategy

Qualifications

Deep understanding of CCI systems and processes preferred

Comprehensive skills in business case development including knowledge of telco networks and systems

Ability to understand and assimilate complex technologies

Ability to lead cross functional teams through development, enhancement, and product optimization efforts

3+ years of experience in telecommunications

Bachelors degree or relevant experience

Strong written and verbal communications skills, analytical skills and leadership abilities

Must be self-motivated and able to work with little supervision
