About this job

At Edward Jones, we help clients achieve their serious, long-term financial goals by understanding their needs and implementing tailored solutions. To ensure a personal client experience, we have located our 15,000+ branch offices where our more than 7 million clients live and work.

In a typical branch office, a financial advisor meets with clients and receives branch office support, so they can focus on building deep relationships with clients. Headquarters associates in St. Louis, Tempe and Mississauga provide support and expertise to help U.S. and Canada branch teams deliver an ideal client experience. We continue to grow to meet the needs of long-term individual investors.
The Wealth Management Advice and Solutions Division helps ensure that branch teams and our clients have a consistent supply of high-quality retirement, banking, insurance, mutual fund, and education savings products aligned with the firm's investment philosophy and solutions-based advice and guidance. In addition, the group drives innovation that will enhance products, services, processes and systems to meet our current and future client needs. These areas play a pivotal role in supporting the firm's goals of deeply serving clients and associates serve as the firm's subject matter experts for their respective areas.

  • Work in partnership with other firm areas (Service, Field Supervision, Compliance, Legal, Operations) to problem-solve complex issues that arise regarding application of firm A&G.
  • For advanced A&G topics, production issues and/or complex branch team escalations, coordinate needed expertise from other A&G units.
