Our award-winning, unique door-through-door service helps seniors and people with disabilities with trips to the doctor, grocery store, social outings and more by providing personal service and an extra helping hand.
Our initial contracts in Phoenix are with large paratransit organizations who will provide you with regular work. You'll know ahead of time what work you have without worrying about down time as the need for drivers is so great. The agency is asking us to help find drivers for them who can commit to work a minimum 6-hour block of time per day, 3 days a week (based on our current client’s needs - future clients may request different blocks of time) - of course, more days and hours are welcome and encouraged!
Get a guaranteed $1,500 bonus if you complete the onboarding process in 9 days or less and consistently work at least 4 weeks.
You'll need:
*a 4-door sedan or low SUV/mini-van
*a clean driving record
*minimum age 22
*valid driver's license for minimum of 3 years
*AZ drivers license & AZ license plates
*fluent English
*a big heart - our drivers are friendly, patient and kind!
If you do not already have the proper credentialing and/or training, SilverRide can help you get what you need:
-a DOT physical exam, background check, drug test, and our own lessons - all of which we will pay for!
-additional credentialing includes fingerprinting, a defensive driving course, a CPR certification course, and vehicle inspection. If you already have these credentials please let us know.
** We offer occupational accident insurance which is almost the same as worker’s comp – even though you are an independent 1099 contractor!
