Home Deliveries – Contract Carrier Opportunity

• $600 local, $698 Staten Island and $820 Brooklyn routes average* daily rate with additional fuel charge

• Tuesday-Saturday work week

• 7-day payment terms

Carrier Requirements** Include:

• Active US DOT & MC numbers

• Previous home delivery (white glove) experience

• Previous appliance delivery and installation experience

• 26’ box truck (truck equipped with liftgate is a plus)

Minimum Insurance Requirements** Include:

• General liability insurance ($1 million per occurrence; $2 million aggregate)

• Automobile liability (combined single limit of $1 million per occurrence; must also include hired car physical damage coverage with at least $100k per occurrence)

• Motor truck cargo liability (with not less than $50k per occurrence)

• Employers’ liability

• Workers’ compensation, as required by law
