One of the top10 insurance intermediaries in the United States is looking for career-focused individuals, willing to learn and train for customer service representative roles. As a customer service representative you will be the first point of contact, responsible for handling 50-80 inbound calls per shift, pertaining to mortgage servicing questions. The CSR must be able to multi-task between various systems to research and document the phone calls.

This is true contract -to hire, hybrid role requiring at minimum 3 days onsite with remote opportunity based on attendance and performance.

Individuals with the following qualities will be a great fit:

  • 6+ months of customer service experience. (Call Center Preferred but not required)
  • Problem solving and problem resolutions skills are required as well as the ability to handle all calls in a professional manner.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Typing speed at least 35 WPM
  • Internet connection (needs to be hardwired to modem WiFi only will not work)

Successful Candidates:

Have come from industries such as retail, you don't need to have call center experience this is an entry level opportunity.

Training & Onboarding:

To get started, you will commit to 2 weeks fully on-site in Daytona Beach from 9:30am to 6pm M-F.

After training, you will work a hybrid schedule. 3 days in the office, 2 days from home, between 7am to 7pm, Monday -Friday. Overtime is optional, not mandatory.
