Sr Specialist, Marketing - Full-time / Part-time

JOB SUMMARY (Purpose of the job and high-level summary of duties):

Responsible for the development of full-funnel marketing and advertising campaigns aimed at maximizing the sales opportunity. In collaboration with other marketing and sales professionals, execute brand and product positioning strategy and provide marketing support for local health plan growth initiatives.

 

JOB DUTIES (Main duties & responsibilities of the role):

• Strategizes product specific marketing channels that align with growth goals; consideration for both inbound and outbound lead behavior.


• Works with state health plans or other clients to develop and implement measurable grass roots marketing programs or advertising plans.


• Liaise between content development, design, and campaign analytics to demonstrate successful campaign management and execution. 


• Holds one on one meetings with health plan presidents and other clients to conduct planning discussion and provide ongoing reporting and analytics for media and advertising campaigns. 


• Conducts research to identify consumer trends and competitor offerings; developing plans based on market share, disenrollment and membership growth data.


• Develops marketing and event collateral for all products to support growth initiatives. 


• Receives and reacts to health plan requests for marketing.

 

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

3-5 years with experience in managed care portfolio of products

 

REQUIRED LICENSE, CERTIFICATION, ASSOCIATION:

 

PREFERRED EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

5-7 years with experience in managed care portfolio of products
