COOKS CASHIERS SHIFT LEADS ASST GM - ALL SHIFTS - Full-time / Part-time

Flame Broiler is hiring for the Buena Park corporate Location!!!!  ALL POSITIONS!!

Potential applicants must have open availability from 9:00 am - 9:00 pm Monday to Saturday.

Restaurant experience a plus, but having a great attitude, solid communication skills, and positive work ethic is important.

We have opportunities in both the Front and Back of the House.

Positions:

Front-of-House (Customer Experience)

• Take accurate orders and payment from customers (cashier)
• Providing a warm and friendly experience to Flame Broiler customers
• Ensuring all customer areas are cleaned and maintained
• Ensuring all customers areas are stocked (i.e: forks, napkins, lids)

Back-of-House (Assembly Line)

• Completing recipes/bowls, while adjusting for any customer preferences
• Monitoring food ingredient levels at all times
• Maintaining accurate portion control to management's standards
• Maintaining proper food handling standards

Back-of-House (Cook)

• Cooking and preparing ingredients (ie: cutting vegetables, preparing rice, charbroiling meats/protein)
• Appropriately adjusting preparation based on current and anticipated customer volume
• Prep food items in advance of peak business times
• Washing dishes and maintaining back-of-house cleanliness

The Ideal Candidates Will:

• Be able to perform the basic functions of the job
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous COOK experience and able to follow cooking procedures
• Be flexible and able to provide excellent service in a fast paced environment
• Be able to seamlessly transition between front-of-house and back-of-house duties during peak hours
• Be able to lift up to 25 lbs consistently
• Be able to firmly grasp tools/utensils (knives, scoops, mops, etc.)
• Be dependable and have reliable transportation
• Have a high school diploma

Job Type: Part-time & Full-time (benefits available to Full-time team members)

Curbside pick up is available. Common surfaces are sanitized regularly.
