Delivery Associate - Full-time

We deliver for our partner Amazon and we are Recruiting Excellent Drivers to add to our Superteam!

General Responsibilities:

• Adhere to strict safety and quality standards on and off the road.

• Accuracy and Punctuality are strictly enforced.

• Interacts in a positive and professional manner while delivering products to customers.

• Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented when faced with a customer inquiry, request, or concern.

• Keep the customer informed of delivery progress/status.

• Use handheld technology to manage and deliver customer packages. 

• Limit risk by forward-thinking when problem-solving.

• Sort and prepare delivery routes to assure customer satisfaction.

• Ensure delivery vehicles are clean, fueled, and in good operating condition.

• Open to the team philosophy of training and coaching other team members so we all WIN!

• Non-delivery tasks at the Delivery Station such as sorting, scheduling, training, opening, and closing.

• Clear, precise, and timely communication with Leadership.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Be eligible to work in the U.S.A.

• Possess a valid California driver’s license

• Be at least 21 years of age

• Ability to lift heavy packages and get in and out of the vehicle with mobility and ease.

Schedule

• 10 hour shift

• Day shift

• Holidays

• Monday to Friday

• Weekends

• Hours 9:15 am -7:45 pm

Paid Weekly

• $18.75/hr - with the opportunity to earn additional performance-based incentives and bonuses.
