Cashier/Food Runner - Full-time / Part-time

Responsibilities and Duties

• Greet all customers as they arrive at the registers/tables
• Accommodate any special needs to guests (food allergies, requests, highchairs, boosters, etc.)
• Presents menu, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food.
• Take customer orders by writing them down and entering orders into the POS system
• Serves customers their food and check back on the guest to make sure meal came out correctly
• Observes guests to respond to any additional requests and to determine when meal has been completed
• Maintain a clean and organized area (condiments, napkins, comment cards, etc.)
• Presents guest check & table number to each customer and accept approved form of payment
• Makes correct change or completes the proper charge card procedure
• Thanks patrons and kindly invites them back for future dining.
• Clean tables and floors as needed
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning projects
• Other additional tasks management may need assistance with
