Shift Manager - Full-time / Part-time

Shift Managers play an important role in training, developing and leading the crew. You will serve as a critical part of the leadership team, helping your Restaurant serve the most flavorful chicken and deliver an exceptional Customer Experience.

Job Duties:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work with computers
• Ability to assist the General Manager with team building
• Ability to coach and lead a team with no supervision
• Ability to maintain a positive atmosphere of teamwork and full of energy
• Ability to communicate to all team members
• Sales Skills
• Assists staff where needed
• Open/close restaurant
• Assist with inventory (logging)
• Assist with staffing needs
• Handling customer complaints
• Assist with controllable and labor
• Maintains overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation areas, cooking services, and dishes and utensils.
• Follows and abides by all safety rules, policies, and procedures

Qualification/Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have good interpersonal communication skills to work with customers and other employees
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to produce authorized U.S. work documents
• Preferred: 1+ year of experience in similar roles
• Preferred: Fluent in English & Spanish
• Preferred: Food Handlers Card
• Must be able to read in English
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Must pass background check
• ServSafe Certification Preferred
