Mom’s Touch is currently looking for skilled Cooks to help prepare delicious meals for our guests. Cooks will prepare and deliver food in a tasteful and timely manner.

• Previous experience preferred
• Training provided
• Part-Time Availability (up to 25+ hours per week)
• Full-Time Availability (up to 40+ hours per week)
• Must be available (opening hours/ lunch hours/ dinner hours/weekends)
• Food Handler Certification (required upon hire)

Responsibilities

• Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
• Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.)
• Cook and fry foods efficiently and according to instructions
• Package finalized food and ensure proper presentation
• Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
• Ensure all food and other items are stored and dated properly
• Check quality of ingredients and minimize waste
• Monitor inventory
• Properly dispose of oil and food wastes
