Maintenance Mechanic - Full-time / Part-time

JOB SUMMARY

The Sr. Maintenance Technician performs a variety of manufacturing equipment maintenance and repairs. This role is responsible for the installation of equipment and production concepts.

• Competently uses all hand and power tools.

• Uses light machinery and equipment.

• Moves materials, parts and products of any kind by means of hoists, dollies, bars, rollers and trucks.

• Performs general building maintenance, piping, air fittings, water and plumbing operations.

• Is familiar with facility and safety equipment inspections conducted both independently as well as in conjunction with outside contractors/vendors.

• Conducts PMs on equipment.

• Exercises independent judgement with limited supervision.

• Directs the efforts of others in the same or lower grade level.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.

You should be proficient in:

• Creating Preventive Maintenance Plans
• Electrical Troubleshooting Skills
• Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills
• Machine Safety Inspections
• Troubleshooting CNC Machines
• Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
