JOB SUMMARY
The Sr. Maintenance Technician performs a variety of manufacturing equipment maintenance and repairs. This role is responsible for the installation of equipment and production concepts.

Competently uses all hand and power tools.
Uses light machinery and equipment.
Moves materials, parts and products of any kind by means of hoists, dollies, bars, rollers and trucks.
Performs general building maintenance, piping, air fittings, water and plumbing operations.
Is familiar with facility and safety equipment inspections conducted both independently as well as in conjunction with outside contractors/vendors.
Conducts PMs on equipment.
Exercises independent judgement with limited supervision.
Directs the efforts of others in the same or lower grade level.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
You should be proficient in:
- Creating Preventive Maintenance Plans
- Electrical Troubleshooting Skills
- Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills
- Machine Safety Inspections
- Troubleshooting CNC Machines
- Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
