Salary:

Salary: $21.83 per hour / $43,987.45 annually

Salary with a 4-year degree: $23.31 per hour / $46,987.45 annually

Many associates see a base salary increase of 10% within their first year as a Customer Service Representative. Top associates can see increases up to 15%!

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience providing outstanding customer service
  • Solid computer and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; college degree or currently pursuing preferred

*Benefits may be different by location.  Benefit eligibility requirements vary and may include length of service.

**Coverage begins on the date of hire. Must enroll in New Hire Benefits within 30 days of the date of hire for coverage to take effect.
