We are currently looking for contractors to evaluate the customer experience and gather quotes from several different HVAC companies via an in-home consultation. You will then complete a Comparison Survey at the end, summarizing your overall experience with each company.

In order to qualify for this opportunity, you must meet the following criteria:

a) You must own a single-family or multi-level home

b) The house must have been built in 2014 or before

c) You must have at least 1 HVAC system that is at least 8 years old

How does Mystery Shopping work?

As a mystery shopper, you would be working as an independent contractor, meaning you would have the flexibility to work around your schedule. Each available assignment lists the requirements of what you need to observe while acting as a regular customer. 

The data gathered by mystery shoppers helps our clients identify what is being done well, or what needs to be improved. 

Intouch works with an amazing roster of brands where Independent Contractors can pick assignments that interest them without any commitments to perform a minimum amount of work. 

How much does it pay? 

Each assignment lists its compensation fee which is based on the scope of work required. Some shops require a purchase to be made which are then reimbursed. This allows you to get free fuel, groceries, meals and products. The more shops that you complete, the more you earn!

All payments are securely issued via PayPal every 2 weeks.
