Occupational Therapist Home Health - Early Intervention - Now Hiring

Essential Therapy Solutions is seeking an Occupational Therapist to work with families of children birth to three years of age with disabilities or developmental delays, in a home-based setting. We are looking for an independent contractor for 10-15 hrs per week in the zip codes of 85173, 85192, 85235, 85501, 85502, 85539, 85545, 85550. Responsibilities * Provide evaluations, assessments and ongoing therapy for children birth to three years of age * Work as a part of a comprehensive multidisciplinary core team * Attend monthly team meetings virtually * Provide one-on-one family sessions * Participate in Individual Family Service Plan meetings * Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care through coaching and joint visits * Must be open to flexible schedules as needed for service provision to families Qualifications: * Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy (OTR/L) * Meet all prescribed professional requirements and rules of professional conduct as an Occupational Therapist including certifications and/or licensures * Completion of the AzEIP Standards of Practice for Early Interventionists within three years of a start date is required * Must be able to complete a successful background check and obtain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card * Bilingual English/Spanish skills is a plus, but not required Skills: * Ability to handle workload and travel to client's homes * Ability to build rapport with patients * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong leadership qualities * Must have basic computer skills, including word processing * Must have excellent and professional written and verbal forms of expression, interpersonal and problem-solving skills Company Description Essential Therapy Solutions is a Qualified Vendor with the Arizona Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) to work with individuals ages 3 and up and work as a member agency with Arizona Cooperative Therapies to serve children birth to 3yrs and their families.
