UncappedThis is a 100% Uncapped Commission Position with hands on training and zero cold calls in the mortgage protection field.

Responsibilities:

Representatives are responsible for meeting virtually or in person with and serving families who have requested help with mortgage protection. You will have access to over 30 A-rated insurance carriers to provide the best and most affordable options - so you can solve the clients needs with the best product available.

Sales Representatives are expected to uphold our Core Values, an important quality of our agency that differentiates us from other insurance companies.

Requirements:

- Self-motivation, integrity, and willingness to adapt to a proven system

- Possess a life insurance license or be willing and able to obtain one
