Delivery Driver - Full-time

Summary: Responsible for completing medication deliveries to clients of a long-term-care pharmacy.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Organizes medications and delivery sheets for delivery.

Delivers medications to pharmacy customers in a variety of locations.

Obtains proper signature upon delivery.

Scan delivery sheets into software upon return to pharmacy.

Loads and unloads deliveries to and from pharmacy using company provided boxes and materials.

Maintains neatness and cleanliness of company vehicle(s).

Immediately reports any vehicle maintenance concerns to Supervisor.

Operates company owned vehicle(s), in a safe and effective manner and in compliance with company policy.

Reports all injuries and occupational related illnesses immediately to management.

Complies with company policies and procedures giving special attention to safety regulations.

Reports any health and/or safety concerns/violations immediately to management.

Attends and participates in scheduled training sessions as required.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands; reach with hands and arms, talk, see or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk and sit. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

The employee must regularly operate a company vehicle driving 200-250 miles per day in an eight-hour shift.

This is a full-time position, and it will require 2 Saturdays per month.

Starting pay is $16.50/hr.
