Hospice Administrator/ Branch Director - PA - Full-time

Type: Direct hire

Hours: 8am-5pm Monday- Friday with some flexibility

Salary: Flexible and based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Know and assure implementation of all organizational policies and procedures.
• Ensure day to day responsibilities of hospice organization
• Assure that all hiring, performance coaching and termination of employees is completed consistently and per company standards.
• Assure thorough and complete orientation and on-going training of employees.

Requirements for this position include:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  
• RN license in State of OH.
  
• A minimum of 2 years of Hospice experience.
  
• Management or supervisory experience.
