Nurse Practitioner - House Calls - Full-time

Our client is looking for Nurse Practitioners to perform Annual Health Risk Assessments in the county of your choice throughout the United States!

Highlights/Overview:

- House Calls hours of operation are Monday-Sunday 8am to 8pm. You get to make your own hours!

- Only 10 hours per week required, but can do up to 40 if you choose!

- w2 or corp-to-corp ongoing contract position (this is NOT a 1099)

- pay is weekly (every Friday)

- paid virtual training, equipment and supplies provided by Client; in addition to, an in house collaborating physician. Malpractice liability insurance covered as well.

Position Summary:

- Nurse Practitioners conduct in-home health assessments on enrolled Medicare Advantage members. Nurse Practitioner will complete visits on members within scope of county chosen.

- no prescribing nor phlebotomy involved

- 10 to 14 pages of templated charting

- we pay for no shows at half the assessment rate; the pay is per assessment and is competitive (about 7-8 assessments per every 10 hours)

Qualifications (REQUIRED):

- ANCC AND/OR AANP CERTIFICATION

- Minimum of 6 months clinical experience as an NP

- Family, Geriatrics, or Adult certification required
