Summary:
Responsible and accountable for safe and effective care delivery within assigned area(s). Manages all material, financial and human resources within assigned area(s).
Assures competent staff performance and promotes staff development. Is the primary retention and recruitment officer for the program.
Required Qualifications:
- COVID-19 Vaccination -
- Active PA RN License
- BSN
- Minimum of (5) years recent experience in hospice
- Minimum of (3) years management and leadership experience
- Must possess and maintain current driver's license and car insurance
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters Degree in Nursing, MBA or Related Master's Degree Preferred
