Scope of Role:
- Title: Licensed Practical Nurse
- Location: Tampa, FL
- Type: Contract - Ongoing (Possible temp to perm)
- Shift Start/End Time: 7:30am-5pm
- Dress Code: Grey Scrubs
Specific Duties:
- Travel to contracted clinics to complete Focus on Care Testing. Phlebotomy experience is required.
- Complete preventative screenings based upon patient needs
- Complete thorough charting and documentation within EMR systems
Must have qualifications/experience:
- LPN License
- BLS
- Microsoft Excel
- Reliable Transportation
- Valid Driver's License
- Auto Insurance
