A healthcare network in Connecticut is currently seeking an experienced, licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join their Emergency Department as a Nurse Manager.



Responsibilities:



The Emergency DepartmentNurse Manager (RN) willbe responsible for managing staff and have full oversight of the unit.



Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Nursing experience in a Charge Nurse, Coordinator, and/or Manager role


• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing


• CT Registered Nurse (RN) license


• Solid assessment, clinical, and documentation skills


• Patient oriented


• Great interpersonal skills


• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)


• Strong attention to detail


• Highly organized

• 3+ years of Nurse Management experience in an Emergency Department role


• Master's Degree in Nursing
