Sanitation Supervisor - Full-time

Salary: Base plus Bonus

Description: The Judge Group is working with a manufacturer in the Denver area to find a Sanitation Supervisor for their team. This role does require weekend work with two days off in the middle of the week. This role is 3rd shift!

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Oversee the sanitation team members on 3rd shift including scheduling, payroll, training, performance, and employee relations
• Work with plant leadership on improvements to sanitation processes
• Responsible for follow through on Master Sanitation Schedule and sanitation processes both plant internal and external
• Constant partnership with USDA and FDA on regulations for food safety and quality
• Ensure all employees are following plant guidelines, rules, and procedures
• Be the point of contact on 3rd shift from management
• Understanding and execution of safe plant procedures on LOTO and all equipment tear downs and set up

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelors' Degree preferred
• High School Diploma Required
• Previous Sanitation Experience required
• Previous supervision experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably food manufacturing
