Oncology Nurse (RN) - Full-time

A healthcare facility located in Connecticut is actively seeking a dynamic and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a promising opportunity on their Oncology team. In this role, theOncology Nurse (RN) will coordinate and deliver patient care utilizing the Nursing Process and following all established standards of practice within State and Federal guidelines.

TheOncology Nurse (RN) will:

• Provide supervision of non-RN personnel and act as a resource for ancillary staff on assigned unit


• Supervise unit activities when assigned to charge or clinical coordinator role


• Act as a preceptor to new staff and/or students as requested


• Adhere to all policies and procedures, including the Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing


• Valid license as Registered Nurse in Connecticut


• BLS certification


• 1+ year ofnursing experience


• Ability to multitask


• Excellent communication skills

• BSN


• Medical-Surgical and / or Oncology hospital experience
