Sr. SAP SPM Associate - Full-time

The Judge Group has an opportunity for a Sales Performance Management Sr. Associate. The SPM Associate will be part of a team responsible for the delivery and support of the Sales Performance Management SAP Callidus solution. In this role you will:

Partner with the business to translate business requirements into technical requirements, and ensure requirements are well defined, documented, and understood by all responsible parties

Assess change requests for the SPM solution including Commissions, Territory and Quota, Workflow, and Reporting/Dashboards; bring awareness to how changes may impact downstream processes, analytics, and reporting

Ensure appropriate change management processes and controls are adhered to, including documenting business requirements, prioritizing, and developing effort estimates

Interface with onshore/offshore operational delivery team responsible for:

Maintaining compensation plans and components

Supporting annual quota setting

Change & Enhancement requests

Assess and test Callidus technical releases

Production testing and deployments

Interfaces, Loading, and Extraction

Attend and contribute to monthly governance meetings

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field

3-4+ years working in Sales Performance Management or financial related technical role

Must have experience with SAP Calidus
