Pride Health is Hiring a Pediatric Clinical Nurse Med/Surg in Philadelphia, PA!
Schedule: 13-week contract, 3x 12s 36HPW, Straight Nights or Rotating Shifts Every other weekend and holiday commitment
Job Duties:
Follows the nursing process to deliver safe, compassionate, and culturally effective care.
Collaborates with the patient, family and multidisciplinary team to coordinate all facets of patient care.
Demonstrates competence in teaching patients/families and progresses to an expert educator of patients/families.
Revises the plan of care according to the patient care decisions made on rounds.
Develops and implements effective partnerships with staff, delegates tasks effectively to assure comprehensive nursing care is provided.
Qualifications:
Prior pediatric experience or prior experience in your area of specialty
Graduation from ACEN and/or CCNE accredited school of nursing or college (BSN preferred)
PA RN License
BLS
