Jay Nolan Community Services is a non-profit agency that provides support for children, teens, and adults with autism & other developmental disabilities customized to their individual needs so that they may live, work and play in their own homes and in their community.

General Description:

This position is responsible for providing individualized support, assistance, and instruction to assigned individuals within the Supported Living program. The individual being supported enjoys (hiking, taking walks in the park, going to the movie and attending community events).
