Working under the supervision of Clinical Management, the CNAs mission is to provide optimal, efficient, and personalized levels of care to PVE residents.
Job responsibilities include:
Assist residents with activities of daily living by assisting with serving meals, feeding, ambulating, turning, positioning, dressing, bathing, toileting, etc.
Maintain resident stability by checking vitals, weight, etc., and documenting.
Provide comfort by utilizing resources and materials and answering call lights and requests.
Observe residents behaviors; paying attention to all details, and report changes to nurses.
Show compassion and empathy to all residents under care.
Engage with residents by assisting with participating in activities, talking with them and treating everyone with a person centered approach.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Valid Certified Nursing Assistant credentialing in good standing
Excellent attention to detail
Great communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to read and follow directions
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Good foundation of clinical skills and knowledge
