Job Details
- Leading CM/GC has immediate openings for qualified Superintendents w/ experience in commercial projects to join our growing team.
- This position provides overall on-site administrative and technical management of the construction project site.
- Basic responsibilities include supervision of the field construction effort to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule; coordination of Subcontractors activities and schedules; coordination with Project Team, interface with Owner representatives and Architects/Engineers; ensure all on-site personnel comply with procedures, safety program requirements, Owner requirements, etc.; attend and participate in project meetings; quality control; project close-out.
