Customer Service Representative (Must be Compassionate and Professional)
Dexcomm is seeking compassionate, professional, and energetic customer service representatives who can thrive in a fast paced environment. We are offering a retention bonus upon completing three and six months of employment and we have a path to $15/hourly within one year of employment!
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Process varied volume of incoming calls per shift in an expedient and efficient manner
· Use prescribed wording customized for each client
· Actively listen to and engage with callers
· Maintain communication with callers while notating information they provide
· Handle all calls professionally, courteously, and with integrity
· Maintain confidentiality at all times
· Provide customers with accurate and complete information
· Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
· Ability to work morning, day, evening, and weekend shifts
· Ability to physically report to call center headquarters in Carencro, LA
Qualifications:
- Professional speech and grammar
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to successfully handle and complete multiple tasks at once
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to type at least 50 wpm with 95% accuracy
- Availability to work varied day, evening and weekend shifts
- Report in to work at the call center located in Carencro, LA (Not a remote position)
