A week in the life of an Aerospace Engineer, Mid-Level: * Perform aerospace engineering in support of: * Flight control system development; * Aircraft modeling and simulation; * Analysis of aircraft flight dynamics; * Ground and flight test support. * The technical tasks will include: * Design, develop, integrate, and test aircraft flight control systems and autopilots * Develop, integrate, and validate models of aircraft flight dynamics and subsystems, such as payloads, engines, transmissions, flight control components, and sensors * Support lab, ground, and flight qualification testing of aircraft avionics, sensors, and flight control systems * May have the opportunity to work with programming languages (C/C++) Founded in 1975, AMERICAN SYSTEMS is one of the largest employee-owned companies in the United States.
