Job Details

Nurse Practitioner

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP). You will provide direct patient care, discussing patient symptoms and concerns and performing thorough examinations to diagnose medical issues and create care plans. We are a biology upgrading center, committed to identifying and treating the root cause of symptoms and helping our patients achieve optimal health, energy, and performance. Our ideal candidate has a passion for precision medicine, beauty, and biohacking. We are an innovative clinic, offering services ranging from peptides, comprehensive blood work, and therapies such as hyperbaric oxygen, red light therapy, medical grade IVs, PEMF, ozone and more.

This opportunity also offers possible revenue share or equity based on performance. We are a quickly growing brand with two more locations in process.

Duties and Responsibilities


Facilitate new patient consultation and health history review


Perform physical examinations and screenings of patients


Order and administer tests including bloodwork


Review and interpret test results to diagnose health problems


Create plans of care, complete with follow up


Provide after-care/ongoing care information and resources to patients and their families


Ensure patient records are kept up to date including test results, condition changes, etc.


Lead daily operations and nurse meetings


Develop and implement policies and procedures


Supervise and train nursing staff


Collaborate with doctors and executives


Maintain inventory


Design and manage continuous quality improvement (CQI) initiatives


Ensure that all guidelines and standards are followed

Nurse Practitioner Requirements and Qualifications


Master's degree in nursing


Current state nurse practitioner license


5+ years of nursing experience


Functional Medicine Training


Understands HIPAA and OSHA regulations.


Able to operate as part of a team, alongside physicians and other nurses


Proficient in medical charting system and computer-based data management programs and information systems.


Excels at relationship building and has strong leadership skills


Communicates efficiently and has strong written and verbal skills.


Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.


Works calmly in high pressure situations.
