Robert Half is seeking multiple Customer Service Account Managers for a client in the Austintown, OH area. This is a full time, Monday - Friday 12pm - 9pm shift, long term contract-to-hire.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day activity of the Service Division by coordinating and scheduling the activities of skilled trades, custodial, and grounds workers who are engaged in maintaining and repairing equipment, buildings, and other structures.

Details include:

- SHIFT - Monday - Friday, 12pm - 9pm

- Manage Work Orders

- Serve as main point of contact for clients by delivering exceptional customer service

- Utilize Microsoft TEAMS, Outlook, Excel, and Word

- Type and document service calls in multiple software systems

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Fast learner, go-getter attitude, high level of performance
