QC Manager - Part-time

Adecco is currently assisting one of our clients in the Glendale area looking for a Quality Control Manager for a cosmetic manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the company's Quality Control program and quality control employees.

Responsibilities for this Quality Control Manager position include, but are not limited to:

Manage ongoing quality control processes and tasks for production lines

Implement quality strategies and goals

Plan and prioritize all quality-related tasks

Supervise quality team and quality of production lines

Enforce good manufacturing practices (GMP) and good quality practices (GQP)

Responsible for the custody, accessibility, and accuracy of quality documents

Manage approvals or rejections of incoming components and outgoing finished goods

Manage ongoing quality control processes and tasks for production lines

Implement quality strategies and goals

Plan and prioritize all quality-related tasks

Supervise quality team and quality of production lines

Enforce good manufacturing practices (GMP) and good quality practices (GQP)

Responsible for the custody, accessibility, and accuracy of quality documents

Manage approvals or rejections of incoming components and outgoing finished goods

Execute and document test fills

Audit the production process immediately after an issue is detected

To be considered for this Quality Control Manager position, you:

Must have experience in manufacturing, COSMETIC OR PHARMACEUTICAL industries

Have experience in Supervising 10+ people

Bi-lingual (English / Spanish), helpful

Must be familiar with GMP and GQP

Must be familiar with SOP's, including updating and writing them

Must have experience performing manufacturing Audits, and taking corrective action
