Critical Care/ICU Nurse - Registered Nurse - RN - Full-time

CoreMedical Group is currently partnered with a facility seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join their team. This individual will have the opportunity to work as a Critical Care/ICU Nurse.

Job Information (RN - Critical Care/ICU):

• Coordinate with healthcare team members to evaluate, plan, and implement patient care plans.
• Prepare and administer prescribed medications as directed by the physician,
• Monitor patients for subtle or sudden changes in ventilation, renal, and cardiac status.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess a patients condition
• Responsible for constant monitoring of the patients condition, as well as recognizing any sudden changes and acting in accordance.
• Assists in developing a treatment pathway based on the patients age and health condition.
• Must be prepared to deliver intensive care in case of health emergencies.
• Coordinates and documents appropriate discharge planning and referrals to ensure continuity of care after discharge.

Job Requirements (RN - Critical Care/ICU):

• Active state license as a Registered Nurse
• MUST HAVE 2+ years of nursing experience
• Current BLS/CPR and ACLS certification
