About this role: Vaco is working with a top medical supply company to identify an individual to assist them with customer support. The ideal candidate will be extremely detail oriented and have the ability to handle multiple accounts daily both over the phone and via email.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with all customers, via the web, phone, and email simultaneously
- Communicating information both verbally and written in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times
- Continually update customer account profiles (including contact information, contract status, pricing levels, calls, sales and evaluation histories)
- Contribute where needed to help the team accomplish tasks as needed
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but relevant experience will be considered
- Experience in a medical practice or healthcare company
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to diverse situations with a sense of urgency
- Proven time management skills in handling multiple priorities and meeting deadline
