The Role Youwill Play

• You will answer incoming calls and help customers with questions

• Youll update client account information and document calls

• Youll be key in identifying and escalating priority legal matters

• Youll maintain customer confidence while protecting confidential and sensitive client information

• Youll perform various administrative and clerical duties

Background Profile:

• 1 + year of experience in an office environment OR paralegal education

• Desire to work in a legal environment

• Experience working in a customer service role
