The Role:




  • Generating sales leads, soliciting new accounts and increasing services to current customers primarily through phone and e-mail communications, along with tradeshows and other networking events

  • Works closely with New Business Prospectors, who provide new revenue opportunities/leads

  • Developing and managing new customers while answering questions and resolving problems

  • Managing operational responsibilities for clients' day-to-day needs: order receiving, quoting, track & trace, etc.

  • Collaborating with internal departments to guarantee industry leading customer service on every shipment

  • Understanding specific technology platforms: TMS and other web based systems

  • Maintaining an organized and updated pipeline of prospects by updating CRM system with client details, sales activities and follow up actions

  • Seeking out additional, outside resources to further your learning and development of sales and logistics

  • Staying up-to-date on the industry including market conditions, industry advancements, trends and predictions.





Background Profile: 2+ years' of experience in B2B sales and Logistics. Strong written communication skills through e-mail, collaboration platforms such as Microsoft TEAMS and Zoom, social media and presentation software. Driven, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.
