Job Details
Daily Responsibilities:
Overall responsible for quality assurance of cost control services. Program costs such as budgets, actual, estimate to complete update, revisions, and run regular cash flow and tracking reports utilizing cost module of PMIS (eBuilder). Oversee cost control staff at the program, mentor/assist for review monthly actual invoices, processing and coordinate with County Fiscal for processing. Process incoming contract request and approval in eBuilder. Prepare, monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc cost tracking reports. Take duties of "Project Cost Controls " at times when he/she is off or needs additional support.
Required Qualifications (Experience, Education, Certifications, Clearances, etc.):
Cost Control experience with 10+ years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous work experience working as senior cost controller on a hospital or medical project is a plus. Very good knowledge of construction cost accounting that includes setting up budgets, commitments, actual cost, remaining cost, potential and approval of change orders and estimate to complete. Knowledge of online PMIS such as eBuilder, Procore, Unifier. Some oversight of staff is a requirement
