The MIL Corporation seeks a Robotic Process Automation, Associate (Developer) to support a Federal Government client at our Arlington, VA location. As a member of the Systems Development and Maintenance IV&V testing team, the RPA Developer will be responsible for working within a team to help modernize operations by automating various processes that integrate across numerous applications.


  • Design and develop RPA bots using UiPath while focusing on scalability and extensibility
  • Setting up, testing, and monitoring automated workflows to ensure that business processes function at optimum efficiency without risk of error
  • Fine tune performance and operation issues that arise with UiPath RPA Bots
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in existing processes and automate the process using UiPath
  • Follow best practices and assert standards are met throughout the automation lifecycle
  • Perform requirements elicitation and analysis via various techniques (user groups, interviews, regulatory research, etc.)

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience, including at least 3 years of experience in RPA technology with process analysis, design, and implementation expertise in Web applications, and at least 3 years of experience with JavaScript
  • Experience architecting and developing workflow-based solutions or functionality
  • Great analytical and debugging skills
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously and take initiative without being directed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Per federal guidelines, you may be required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or willingness to obtain vaccination

Desired Qualifications

  • UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer
  • Expertise in designing, developing, and deploying Robotic Processing Automation (RPA) bots using UiPath
  • Experience with Control-M
  • Knowledge of Federal accounting/financial management policies, practices, operation, and procedures
  • Familiarity/experience with the Momentum application suite
