Payroll Specialist
RESPONSIBILITIES:
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE PAYROLL SPECIALIST ROLE:
CB2
- Repeat client of ours located in Watertown, is a stable, highly-regarded organization.
- Wonderful culture with a tenured team.
- Core schedule of 8-4:30, with a 30 minute lunch (free lunch provided at their cafeteria!)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Share processing duties with the other Payroll Specialist
- Process timesheets and hours for approximately 950 employees
- Act as a point of contact for department managers who may need adjustments on timesheets.
- Support employees with any questions they may have.
- Review and research discrepancies outlined on timesheets
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE PAYROLL SPECIALIST ROLE:
- ADP experience is highly preferred
- Experience processing payroll required
