Packaging Operator - Full-time

Packaging Operator needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh Scientific's client located in South San Francisco.
This role is on the GCSC Operations team with a global pharmaceutical company, and requires a high school diploma or Associate's degree, and 3-5 years of experience. Must be COVID vaccinated and boosted.
Pay range: $17.50 - $25/hour depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver samples as assigned.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspection of labeling and packaging components such as labels, inserts, folding cartons, and container closure.
• Perform documentation review of COA released only components.
• Complete appropriate process related documentation FNs, batch records, room/equipment use logs, etc
• Perform printing, labeling and final packaging execution activities as assigned per appropriate procedures using appropriate automated systems in place with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Perform receiving and delivery of products and materials as assigned per appropriate procedures using appropriate automated systems in place with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Ensure batch records, forms and applicable documents are reviewed in a timely manner.
• Safely setup, operate, troubleshoot equipment and GMP systems, as appropriate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 5-6 years of production experience, OR Associate's degree with 3 years of experience.
• 1-2 years of GMP warehouse experience
• Ability to follow precise gowning protocol (gowning, gloves, steel toe boots and safety glasses)
• Seeking candidates with flexibility to work overtime and adjust schedule as needed.
• Ability to perform computer work and use RF scanner.
• Must be COVID vaccinated and boosted.
