Human Resources Generalist - Full-time

Vaco Richmond is seeking a Human Resources Generalist. The ideal candidate would have 4-5 years of previous experience in overseeing multiple different facets of HR such as Payroll, Benefits Administration, Employee relations, and Recruitment.

Local residency to the Richmond, VA region is required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4-5 years of previous experience in a large corporate environment.
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Previous experience using various HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the Recruiting, interviewing and employee retention process.
• Responsible for onboarding transfers and new hire employees.
• Participating and enforcing company policies and practices.
• Manage the organization's employee database and prepare reports.
• keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
