Our client is a senior living center for those who are not able to live on their own any longer.

They are looking to add an LPN who can work in a variety of care settings such as Outpatient, Post-Acute, Long Term, or In-Home care. They also provide career growth opportunities for employees.

Some LPN responsibilities:

• Allocates tasks to the team assigned on the shift
• Participates with other members of the clinical support team (MD, NP, nurses, social worker, therapists, dietician) to meet the clinical needs of the patient and monitor outcomes of care
• Reports appropriately in the electronic medical record
• Initiates necessary reports including DPH, incident reports, and concern resolutions

LPN Qualifications:

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse in Massachusetts
• Previous experience is a plus
• Must be flexible and adaptable to change
