MDS Nurse - Full-time

We are currently seeking a Nurse to join our leadership team to function as the MDS Nurse!

The responsibilities of an MDS Nurse include, but are not limited to ensuring a current care plan and MDS for all residents and working collaboratively with facility staff to ensure all corresponding documentation pertaining to the plan of care is consistent and accurate. In order to adequately oversee and manage the MDS process, the MDS Nurse oversees the scheduling, completion and accuracy of all MDS item sets, chairs and facilitates resident care plan conferences and maintains ICD-10 codes for all current diagnoses.
